Pre-validate U.S. Social Security and Credit Card Numbers

Numbers may be entered with or without delimiters (.|- SPACE) delimiters may be anywhere in the number.
Most Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB and Diners Club cards are supported.

100 random numbers with correct credit card prefixes and lengths that may be pasted into the list above.
* Only the U.S. Social Security Administration can perform absolute validation of social security numbers.
* Only the bank that issued the credit card can perform absolute validation.
